PRAHA (Prague) to Usti Nad Libem - cheapest way

Hi!
I want to go from prague to amsterdam by CNL. But the train leaves at 1840, so i want to go to the nex station (usti nad libem nl) so i can use the 1900 rule.
Anyone know which is the cheapest way to reach this station?
