I thank this:

An other pair of winter boots but waterproof
Regular converse
A super confy and warm down jacket

sweaters, jeans, long sleeved tshirts...

I want to know if anyone have another idea, because i live in the other hemisphere, so rigth now we are in winter, and i need to buy everything in a few weeks.

It mainly depends on what countries you are going to?
Because for instance the U.K is horrible (always rainy :!: ) in winter but not as cold as say Austria.
But its also your preference and as to where your going/stayin/doing?
I mean the U.K you would get away with a waterproof and a jumper/t-shirt depending on how well you bare the weather but you wouldnt FREEZE lol just get wet

yes... you have a good mix of winter weather then. ;)
I always have in the winter months a special outdoor jacket with me. against wind and water. no cheap (250 EUR), but useful and small to pack in the backpack.

My jacket is a Lands End down jacket, is super warm!!!
Im not sure if is a 100% waterproof, i only tested it with a ligth snow, so, maybe i will add a rainjacket, for the london raining days. i can use both together.
What about the shoes?
