Hello! For my first Interrail route I choose- Sofia- Budapest- Bratislava- Wien- Praha- Munich- Amsterdam- London- Paris- Lugano- Roma- Beograd- Sofia. We go 9.07. Do you think we can do it? and another question- this term for 19pm- if we catch train at 20pm and arrive at the morning, after 24pm is it a travel day? Thank you!

Thank you! :| I'm not sure if we can do it in 10 days... xo and if we can't book a seat, what can we do to catch the train? :o

From my understanding each train/company has a set amount of allocated seats/spaces for Interrailers once they have gone i belive that is it! Nothing you can do apart from buy a full price ticket which is quite pointless really seeing as you already have one!

Someone to confirm but i think that is right

Ian :)

It depends on the train and company - some have limited seats available for InterRailers (and you wont get a reservation even if the train itself is not fully booked :o ), others do not have this restriction. Often you can't really tell and find out what system applies. :|

Ive only had that happen to me (and heard about it) in France, with SNCF. It may happen in other countries (Spain?) but almost certainly not in Eastern Europe

Yeah, the train planner should work all fine. The same company provides the data for several European rail companies (ÖBB, DB, SNCB,...) so in general it makes no difference which one you use.
However it's always sensible to check the schedule locally too (in case of any short notice construction works, strike etc).

Hello again!
We've done it! :P To go to Paris and to Lugano was a little bit hard, but everything was really... amazing! :P
And I'm waiting for interrail-ers in Bulgaria. I'm promise to write something about our country if you want :o
Hugs ;)
