Hi !

I'm planning to go to England this summer, and since I live in the South-East of France, I'd like to bypass France (by Switzerland, Germany, etc.) in order not to pay more for the train (if I cross France, I must pay 50% of the normal price).

I wonder if I must go to Calais to take the Ferry (with SeaFrance), or if I could take it in Belgium for instance. What would be the cost there ? Is there any compagny who works with interrail ? In which town ?

Thank you !

(I hope this topic did not exist yet.. anyway I didn't found it..)

hi ... :)
there is a ferry connection:
https://rail.cc/en/ferry-netherlands-england/f1659
Use the day-ferry to save money as over-night you need a cabin.
I hope this will help you... Peter :)
