Is it necessary to record my journey on my Interrail continuous pass or not ? Do I have to fill in everything ?

You mean filling in the travel report? Yes, it is necessary, every railway company demands it in the relevant tariff conditions.
Not every conductor might check it but if he checks it and you didn't fill it in he might charge you a penalty.
Besides it's a nice souvenir of your trip. :)

Allright, thanks. Was a bit confused and thought for a moment it only was necessary for those travelling on a Flexipass. Then I can see it is helpful - required, even. On a continuous pass, not so much. But I guess I'll have to fill it in, then. Thanks for the help! :)
