I remember that when i travelled in Budapest from Greece (with my school) in 2005 i used an EU Health Card. Do i need it now? How can i have one?

Its a good idea to have an EHIC card if youre travelling in the EU (and are an EU citizen). In Britain you can apply for one at the post office, i think
