Hi. I made this question in another topic but i think it will be more apropriate write it here so more people can help.
How about camping in the coast? My trip ends in Dubrovnik and my idea is going from zagreb to the coast and then starts going down until dubrovnik. (see one or two islands and camp in a good place with beach nearly).
Could you suggest where to camp in the coast? nearly a beach :P
Thanks!

I camped in Petrcane, near Zadar. There is a small beach, but a lot of small music festivals etc going on on the coast

If you go to cres there is a site near cres-city which has a long own beach..By feet, it is about 20 minutes north from the city... Could be very touristic and maybe not too cheap now, but it is very nice.
In Istria there is a beautyful site near the city labin on the eastcoast. It is called A.C.Marina and it is on a tongue of land. The coast there is quite cliffy, which is cool for jumping in the very clear water. But there are some sandy beaches as well. There are a lot of fig and other trees and you have an amazing view to the sea. Wanna go there! ;)
By the way: Slovenia is nice too!
cheers

It is nice, too.
But to be honest: AC Marina near labin is much nicer..donĀ“t want to advertise it...but it is true ;)

From Zagreb, how many hours takes to go to Labin or Rovinj?
And shall we prefer train or bus?
