Hi,
i need an advice. friend of mine bought the global pass. she is student from china but studies in UK for more than 6 months, it means she is resident of UK (am i right?). But unfortunately during the purchasing of ticket she selected country of residence - Germany (we are in Germany now) and made a mistake, i don't know why she selected Germany.... :( . What does she have to do to fix this problem?( because we're going to travel a lot in Germany) Is it OK to jump to German train, to say that she made a mistake and show her Student visa from UK ? I need quick advice.

The best is to just contact the ticket office where you bought the ticket. Did you bought it via our website [ux]https://rail.shop/interrail[/ux]
If yes I can help you.
And not every staff will accept this wrong ticket ... ||
Maybe there is then the possibility to to change the ticket (get a new one) in Germany.

And just to add and explain: buy the ticket where you use the service and information like this website and forum . Otherwise you give the commission to an anonymous big company - and the websites with real information and help die. Just had to explain it, what is fair behaviour. ;)
