I am a Canadian citizen living in the UK with a working holiday visa, saving money in hopes of traveling Europe by train in November 09. I was interested in purchasing the InterRail Youth Global Pass (10 Days Travel within 22 days) however, I am unsure about one of the restrictions.

In the information outline it says: This pass is only valid for residents of Europe.

I suppose I just wanted to be clear that as long as I am a temporary resident in the UK with a valid visa, I am eligable to have this pass, or does this mean EU passport holders only??

Thank you for the help!!

Hi Mike ...
You need a six months stay or longer in Europe (=UK) on the first day your ticket is valid.
Then you can buy - and travel by InterRail.
You have to proof it by an official document like your working visa or a residency permit.
Then go on [ux]https://rail.shop/interrail[/ux] - select your ticket, fill the forms and select as country of residence the UK.
As passport number fill in the one of your Canadian passport.
That's it. :)
You can order your ticket already before you have the six months completed - only the first day your ticket is valid need the six months then ...
Have fun, Peter :)
