Has the summer timetables been finished and if so where can i find published versions? i.e Thomas Cook Train timetable is it now on sale with the summer version??
Also where in England could i reserve supplements for trains in europe?? i understand its at main stations but which ones over here??

Well, since last sunday the new schedules are effective. You should find them at the websites of the relevant train companies as well in the online train planners.
As for making reservations, maybe SiDUDe can tell you more. ;)
