Interrail: what size of backpack is sufficient ?

Hey guys,

Planning to head away for around 5-6weeks with my girlfriend and hope to cover around8 countries if possible,also bringing a small two man tent.....just wondering what size pack would be sufficient?any help greatly appreciated guys :D
