I'd try the outdoor/sports stores. Where you'd buy sleepingbags or hiking gear. Also online, there's alot of silk sites that sell really small and (supposedly) quick drying towels. Haven't tried those myself tho.

Hi!
I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice on buying a travel towel. I've found some really cheap ones on ebay (£4) by a company called Fitness Pro. Are they any good? Or am I better spending a bit more? This will be my first interrailing trip so any advice would be appreciated :o )
Thanks!
