Hi. There are bouth day and night trains from Cluj to Bucharest. Just as an example, those are the trains for 9 July:

Cluj 10:10 (am) - 7:01 (pm) Bucharest (type of train: accelerate, price 2nd class: 57ron (14 euro), 1st class:83ron (20,5euro))
Cluj 1:47 (pm) - 10:41(pm) Bucharest (type of train: intercity, price 2nd class: 79ron (19,5euro), 1st class:116ron (29euro))
Cluj 10:12 (pm) - 6:52 (am) Bucharest (type of train: accelerate. Same prices as the 1st one; sleeping couchete: 83 ron (20,5euro))
Cluj 11:31 (pm) - 8:37 (am) Bucharest (type of train: accelerate. Same prices as the previous one)

To visit Serbia you can just take the 360 Rapid train (this train leaves Bucharest every day at 9:21 pm and arrives in Belgrad at 8:54 am). The prices for this train arent showned on the official site, because you will buy the ticked in the train, not in the station. It will be around 30 euros, or 40euros for a sleeping couchete.
From Belgrad to Sarajevo and from Sarajevo through Croatia and Slovenia, to Venezia (Italy) you can find plenty of local or international trains.
I hope this was helpfull and if you have any other questions to ask I'll be glad to answear.

Are those Cluj-Bucharest trains for free with IR-Pass? Could anyone please list possible trains for Sunday 12th or Monday 13th August? How long does it take to get from Cluj to Bucharest? Thank you! :)
