Are there any particular things you are interested in?

I'd say night life in Graz is way more interesting and varied than in Salzburg, there are quite a few interesting museums ranging from modern art to old paintings, cognition to ethnology. The old town is characterised by renaissance architecture whereas in Salzburg its baroque.
For relaxing there are lots of nice parks etc...

What you could do if you have enough time is going to Salzburg for one day, then taking the train to Graz next morning and going to Graz for two days...if you have a little more time you could go via the Tauernbahn and Klagenfurt, the track goes through a very scenic landscape there (however the direct way through the Ennstal is scenic too, but you wont pass 2000+ mountains). :)

Hello,

Thanks for the support.
I'm not so interesnted in the nightlife only. Maybe i can go out one day but no more. i'm going to do a interrail for 21 days and i can't go out every night because i need to rest. Although i love nightlife and going out with friends it would be excelent.
Could you tell me where to go in graz for maybe 2 days?
What to do at night? Any camp place?

Thanks

Information about Graz: https://rail.cc/en/graz/c

There you find most of the basic attractions - Schloßberg with Uhrturm with a lift inside the hill that takes you up almost to the top and a cafe with a terrific view.
Schloß Eggenberg a little bit outside the city with a nice park and a collection of old paintings
Kunsthaus, the new art gallery built in 2003 when Graz was cultural capital of europe, with exhibitions of modern and contemporary art. It's situated in the Mariahilfer quarter, with lots of small, unique stores.
The Old town with Herrengasse, Rathaus, steep Sporgasse for shopping and just wandering around.
Zeughaus, an old armoury with a large collection of old weapons (swords etc) in an old partly wooden house.

There's a nice hostel, 20€ a day including breakfast; the campsites around the town are quite expensive but I could look around for exact prices etc if youre interested.

There are two campsites in respectively close to Graz, but they are expensive as I mentioned before:
http://www.tiscover.at/campingcentral (in Graz; 17! € a day in jul and aug)
http://www.sfz.at/cms/cms.php?pageName=60 (in the south a little outside; as you can see there are no specific fares for people with a tent only, maybe you should check via mail)

However, since the fares are so high I'd recommend staying at Jugendgästehaus (which I mentioned above):
http://www.jufa.at/graz.php

There are a few other campsites around Graz but it'll be more complicated going to Graz then. In my hometown, 30km away there is such a small campsite, basically it the backyard of a tavern and a farm. I guess its quite cheap and its a nice place. The train to Graz takes 30min and runs the whole day.
But thats not really what you want I guess. ;)

Hey flow. 1st of all huge thanks!

Second, i need you again :D
I looked at the hostel website that you told me, and the price list is only in austrian. So i need you to translate it for me if you please :D www.jufa.at/dat/Graz_0810_Preise09_Ind_Logo.pdf
If you could tell me how much is a price for 2 persons in the hostel.

Thanks in advance :D

You're welcome.

The hostel would be 19€ per person and night plus 1€ visitor's tax, breakfast included. The other prices are for one meal (HP) or two meals (VP) a day in addition to the breakfast.
