Hello,
Im in the planning stages of going interrailing in July (all being well) with a 10 in 22 ticket. At the minute im thinking up some possible routes, but to be honest Im finding it a bit hard to pick and choose...Ideally I dont want to do too much overplanning on when and where Im going but I am open to suggestions or changes, ideally I dont really want to spend alot of time chopping and changing trains!
Idea - Fly from Dublin > Frankfurt > Geneva > Milan / Lake Garda > Ljubljana / Lake Bled > Vienna > Munich > Berlin
Does that sound OK for a 10 in 22? I am thinking about a ~€1200 budget for that...should be OK I think? I plan on staying several days in each place before moving on...on the final stop wherever that may be when the ticket expires, Im thinking of staying 1 week or so. So ideally a final destination with plenty to see and do.
Ive never been interrailing before, also I will be going on my own and meeting up with ones in hostles etc.. that is the plan anyway! :D
Regards
Peter

sounds nice your tour ... maybe also think about Zürich (Switzerland), Budapest (close to Vienna) and Hamburg (Germany) ...
