Is the Interrail ticket prices the same everywhere, depending on country of residence or depending on where it is bought?
If not, what's the cheapest ticket offer? Are there cheaper countries / ticket offices / websites than others.

The ticket itself is the same price. Different places will charge different service fees etc, and you may be able to get it a little cheaper by buying in a different currency (though this is unlikely due to the way your card handler will deal with buying in a foreign currency)

If you buy your ticket via a partner link of railcc you help to continue offering all this information for free!
Here is the link to get an official one by express delivery: https://interr.rail.cc
