Hi.
It all depends on your travel destinations.
Greece: some routes are possible by train, but for a lot you will have to use a bus.
Check for train tickets by following this link: https://rail.shop/ose
From Greece to Italy you can travel by ferry from Patras (Greece) to Ancona, Bari or Venice (Italy). Here an example:

In Italy: there are a lot of cheap train tickets available for high-speed-trains.
Just check here if you know your travel dates: https://rail.shop/omio
From Italy to Germany cross Switzerland on this route:

Now in Germany, saver fares are available on https://bahn.de
If you have an idea of all your stops along your route, let me know. And I can give you more details. Maybe a rail pass might make sense, but usually standard train tickets should be easier to handle on your route. :)

The question can't be properly answered without some idea of where you want to go. I've experienced questions form people from Singapore beofre and they don't always realise the scale of these countries and the distances involved. Both countries have several cities that are each bigger than Singapore. The question of how to buy a rail ticket depends on the sort of journey - moving within a big city? A regional journey under about 100km ? A long distance journey of 500-1000km???
The only clear answer so far is that Greece is hard work and getting in or out will probbaly involve a ferry or flight - unless a slow journey in a dubious bus sounds fun.
