I've scaled back my traveling plans for Europe this summer

I now intend to go for one month. My route takes me from Spain across to croatia really, and I plan to stay a couple of days in each place (depending on how interesting it is), however I want as much flexibility as possible

So my problem is do I go for the one months continuous travel or the 22 days ticket? There is a difference of over £100 in the tickets and now I'm not sure what to do.

Do people think the one months continuous pass is worth it, or does the 22 day ticket work out better value??

It depends how much you want to squeeze in. If your happy spending 3/4 days in a place at the begining and end of your trip then the 22 day pass will represent better value. However if you want to spend a night somewhere, and then move on the month pass will suite you better

Yeah I think the global pass offers a lot more flexibility. At the moment my plans are very flexible as I'm hoping to just travel where and when I fancy.
So maybe the extra hundred pounds is worth it

I haven't booked my return flight either as I'm not sure where I'll be flying back from. Does this sound sensible or should I clarify my route with a starting and ending destination and book my flights accordingly?

If youre willing to risk having to pay a couple of hundred pounds to get back, then go for it. Its not too much of a curtailment to your freedom having a fixed end point though, if you can get a cheap flight in advance
