Romanian sleeping cars

Off to romania next month and Infofer.ro now has the train we want on it:

A 1821 Constanta Depart 19.18, Arrive Arad 9.57

Now one of the sleeping options is called 'SLEEPING CAR 1' which is most expensive at 173 RON. I am just checking that this would be a sleeping car for 2 people and not having to share with anyone else? Also do we know the quality of the cars?
