Hi! we're two 19 year olds from England looking to go inter-railing for the first time this summer.
Even though we of course want to embrace the culture...we would also like a cheeky sun tan...and of course love a good bit of night life.
We're going to get a Global Youth pass for 10 days travel in 22 days. We're not entirely sure where to go but we are quite keen on Italy, Croatia and Greece in particular.
We're curious as to whether it would be more cost effective to get a cheap flight out somewhere...possibly Geneva and then work our way down from there, rather then getting the eurostar and spending out whole time tavelling down to greece? Also any information about the ferries between Greece and Italy would be helpful!
Any help or advice as to were we should go or how we should get there would be greatly appreciated! Thanks a bundle :)

hej hej ...
if you have the possibility to fly to Italy, do it.
you will save the money for the Eurostar and the night train from Paris to Italy. so a flight would be definitely cheaper and you save as well time! :)
about the ferry:
have a look at this link, travel to the departure harbour, get your ticket there at the office of the company and that's it. very easy to do!
