Hi I am planning my first interrail tripI have a rough route of: Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Poland, Czech Republic, Austria, Switzerland, along the German/French border to Luxembourg, Belgium and the Netherlands.
I wanted to know if this was possible within a month and if anyone had any tips of places to go or see in these countires!
Thanks Andrew :D

It's doable but it depends on your choice of how long you'd like to stay in each place. Maybe you could drop something to have more time for the rest of the places.
-) Do you have any particular places/cities where you definitely want to go?
-) How do you get to your starting point/get home from your last town?
-) Never been to Norway, but Oslo, Bergen and maybe a trip with the Flamsbanen should do it for a start.
-) From Oslo to Stockholm, then heading towards the south till Malmö. You could stop somewhere at the Baltic Sea maybe visit Göteborg as well, all depending on how much time you want to spend there.
-) From Malmö to Kobenhavn, then directly heading to Hamburg.
-) From Hamburg to Berlin.
-) From Berlin to Warszawa, then Krakow.
-) From Krakow to Praha. Maybe going to Cesky Krumlov or to Brno.
-) From there to Vienna. Then Graz or Salzburg, maybe Linz, cultural capital of Europe 2009.
-) Continuing to Zurich, maybe a trip by train through the alps.
-) From Basel or Zurich directly to Luxembourg.
-) Spending the rest of the time in the Benelux.

I was planning on either flying to oslo or a boat from England to somewhere on the coast. And then either flying back from Amsterdam or a boat from Calais havent decided where we will finish yet.
The cities I had marked out are: Oslo, Gothenburg,Copenhagen, Hamburg, Berlin, Wrocław, maybe Kraków, Praha, Vienna, Salzburg, Munich, Zurich, Luxembourg, Brussels and then either Calasis or Amsterdam.
Linz and a trip through the alps sounds good though!
Anyone else know any smaller towns to stop of inbetween these places? I dont want to spend all my time in the Cities.

The only possible ferry connection would be Newcastle - Esbjerg (DK) then. All other services have been withdrawn if I'm not mistaken.
Maybe you can find a cheap flight, otherwise you could do the trip this way:
Ferry Harwich - Hook van Holland/Amsterdam; maybe buy a regular ticket to Amsterdam and start your InterRail pass not until you leave Amsterdam.
I would suggest doing the route as follows (based on the cities you've mentioned): Amsterdam - Hamburg - Kobenhavn - Göteborg - Oslo - Berlin - Wroclaw - Krakow - Praha - Vienna - Salzburg - Zurich - Luxembourg - Bruxelles/Antwerpen/Gent/Bruges then going home with Calais - Dover ferry (cheaper than Hook van Holland - Harwich depending in which part of the UK you live).
If you need any train informations you can look https://rail.cc/en/search-interrail-route here or ask if there are any particular questions.
There are some lovely places in the Austrian Salzkammergut, quite easy reachable from Linz or Salzburg for a day trip. There would be the possibility of going there from Salzburg or Linz and going then by night train to Zurich.
You could also make a trip to Cesky Krumlov not directly on the way from Praha to Wien, but it's

even doable in a day trip.
