Christmas in Scandinavia

Hi guys does anyone think this route is possible over christmas?

Stockholm to Swedish Lapland to Stockholm to Oslo to Bergen to Oslo to Copenhagen to Berlin

I have heard that only parts of it are open but could you suggest anyother options i want to see the northen lights around christmas and end up in Berlin for New Year
