Hi there,
We (my daughter 20, and myself, mom) are landing in Paris on June 12. We are thinking on using Interail pass (5day ?) and go to Italy and then to Poland. Should we go from Paris to Rome, and then to Venice, Florence to Poland or Paris to Venice, Florence to Rome, Napoli (Pompeii) and then to Poland?

Please help us with this as we have no idea about the distance, connections etc. Interai is just for trains?
We are flying back to Toronto from Warsaw (we have both Canadian and Polish passports).

SHould be maybe fly from Rome to Poland?
Is 3 or 5 day pass OK?
Can we use any train when we have interail pass? I know we need to buy supplement for night trains.

Please please help.
Should we buy the pass in France? or try to get it now before we leave Canada?

Thank you very much in advance.
Danuta and Kasia

First of all, if you are Canadian Nationals you wont be able to buy the Interrail ticket, you need the Eurail ticket (which is very similar)

It doesn't really matter which way round you do it. You will definitely need a 5 in 10 day pass at least. Check out connections here
