Hello,

I would like to know if it is possible to travel in any trains for free ? Even the quick ones ? if not, does it exist a tax ?
Thanks
Albine

No, it's not possible to travel in all trains for free. Some trains require a supplement and/or a reservation.

You can find lists of supplements for each country here: https://rail.cc/en/interrail-train-reservation

More information and details: https://rail.cc/en/how-to-interrail

Peter :)

Do I need a passport in Montenegro, Croatia ?
Or a simple ID is enough ?

Thanks

Where are you from? Neither in the EU (so not in Schengen) so my guess is yes, unless there is some agreement between former Yugoslavian states?
