Hi, I'm planning on travelling this summer beginning June 3rd until maybe the 5th or 6th of July. I should have almost 5 weeks. I'll be going solo too so any advice on tha would be appreciated! At the moment my ideal travel route is:
Amsterdam-Berlin-Prague-Munich-Milan-Venice-Zagreb-Split-Rome-Barcelona-Madrid
Firstly, is this route really feasible? It seems to be quite a lot of ground to cover! Ideally I'd like to spend a few days in each place, with the exception of Amsterday where I'll only be staying a day or so. I'd also like to spend a while in the Croatia, around the coast island hopping etc...
Not sure if Munich-Milan-Venice-Zagreb is a bit too much of a roundabout way to go? Any suggestions? I'm not too pushed about making it all the way to Madrid as I'll be able to fly home from whatever city I'm in at the end of the trip. I'f really like to be able to spend a larger ammount of time relaxing with some sun, sea and sand! Would also love to visit Greece but don't know if I'd have the time, was thinking maybe ferry over from Italy and just finish my trip in Rome or Barcelona instead.
Any advice would be much appreciated :)

I would suppose to use the night train from Munich to Zagreb, then do the island hopping, visiting Split and the continue to Venice respectively Italy.
A minor problem might by the bad situation at the border crossing Slovenia - Italy. At the moment there's only on train per day, the Budapest - Venice night train. But you can also travel from Zagreb to Villach and from there to Venice.
I think this route is possible, it mostly depends on how long you want to stay at certain places.

Hi flow, thanks for your reply. Munich to Zagreb seems like a better solution allright, lets me spend some extra time in croatia too :P
