Just need a little help with our travel route! Going for a 22 day continuous but with a few days at the start and end (flying there and back). So we re flying to Amsterdam spending about 3 nights there, then to Prague (overnight train), Bratislava, Budapest... thats as far as we ve got. Are any of these places not worth a visit?? We re wanting to spend about 3 nights in each, and then go to the coast somewhere. We were thinking venice but heard theres really not much night life. anywhere thats got great nightlife and a nice beach for our last days before we fly home??? ANY suggestions would be soooooo welcome!

hi! ive been to all the places you mention (& they decend in order of touristyness), i would highly recommend going direct from budapest to ljublyana (maybe drop bratislava?), the capital of slovenia for a weekend. the best kept secret in the eu. absolutly beautiful genuine place, -people, food, architecture, rocking nightlife, cheap as hell and great accomodation. even going to stunning croatia directly after was a slight anti climax (but is highly recommended also:) -we stayed in the snoozy croatian village of lovran about 3 hours train direct from ljublyana & then you find the beautiful medveja beach 1km away..
