What are the rules in Spain/Switzerland/Germany/Croatia/Hungary/Chzeck Republic/Holland? (we are 17)

From my limited experiences Spain,Germany and Holland will serve you legally and I've found the further east you go the less they care about ID but most countries drinking ages are 16+ with a few which are 18 and over i.e Poland but if you find the right place you can usually get served we did :) and I was only 14 then
