Hey
I would like to know how easy it is to get from Gare du Nord to either:
1.) Gare de l'Est
or
2.) Gare de Lyon

Gare Nord is about 200m(may be less) from Gare Est so is no more than 10 minutes on foot.
From Gare Nord to Gare Lyon you can take Metro(or RER). It's line nr D.

Another question, how much is the Paris RER for the journey from Gare du Nord to Gare de Lyon?

I don't remeber well it was about 1,5 euro and the price is the same for rer and metro. remember that is rer you can't use IR. When you will be on Nord station look for metro or rer.
how many time you have to change stations? from Nord to Lyon metro goes about 10-15 minutes and next you have to find platforms and etc(I had little problem :os )

I will probably be going from du Nord to l'Est now, and I have 3 hours so that is enough time I think.
