Usually we fly directly into Spain. Trouble with flights, etc. we came into Ramstein but need to get to Rota by tomorrow afternoon. Should we fly from Lux, Fra, or interrail to Seville. New to this. If you have suggestions, I'd love to hear them. Thank you. X

By train (only) you will not make it in that time-whatever ticket you may have. With a start NOIW and even empty places on some crucial trains you MAY make it till SVL or Cadiz tomorrow very late eve.
EUR has dozens of cheapO airlines and also dozens of obscure flites from obscure airports to others. Like f.e. from HAHN. LUX does not have many cheap flites. Try RYANair, EUROwings, Volotea, Vueling, or via google/flights. NOte that all these airls work on the ´pay for anything extra ´ principle so be extremely wary if this is the 1st time you use them.
As it seems to me these are all US-airforce, I rather think they are those to help you out.

Hi.
As nltrainer says... not possible. You have to use a flight.

Only option by train and not doable until afternoon.

Ramstein to Kaiserslautern by local train. Frequent. Journey time: 20 minutes.
Kaiserslautern to Paris: 2:30h
Buy it in ONE ticket from "Ramstein" to "Paris Est" on https://bahn.com

In Paris you have to change trains from "Paris Est" to "Paris Gare de Lyon" by Metro subway.

Then Paris to Barcelona. Journey time 6:40h. Tickets on https://rail.shop/omio

Barcelona to Rota: journey time 10 hours. See here: https://rail.shop/omio
Maybe choose as destination "Cadiz" and use the bus from there.
