I have never traveled with InterRail before and my friend and I (both 19) are keen of seeing some of Europe this summer. I have about 2 and a half weeks in July and was thinking of seeing some of Italy, Slovenia, Croatia...then I am not sure which direction to travel and how much more time I will have. I like the idea of getting to either Greece or Istabul.
I wondered which pass you would suggest us getting and what other countries in that area are worth the visit in the time scale?

Well, there is certainly enough to keep you entertained for more than 2.5 weeks in those countries, but, if you want to you could make it down to Istanbul, stopping off in Belgrade if youre a party person or Sofia if not. If you had more time id suggest Bosnia, but I think it would be too tight with your timescale
