Interrail: am I resident ?

I am an overseas student in uk who comes from China. I came to UK from August 2008, then I come back to China from 22th Jan to 7th Feb, which is a littler loner than two weeks.

I have stayed in UK more than 6 months together, however, in the last six month. And I have a one year and half student visa for UK.

So, I wonder to know if I can buy the INTERRAIL.
