Possible routes

Dear forum! :P

Im in the process of planning my route for next week! i have got as far as Nice in France! and looking to head round to Spain heading towards Salou in spain in the Tarragona Region, I was wondering what is the ebst way to do this? Preferably via night trains! We wouldnt mind stop somehwere intresting on the way to break up the journey :D any surrgestions would be great! :P :P

Also from and to what stations so i can search the best times?
