Are the times given on the European route planner given for the country you are leaving from or are all times set at the same time zone (for example it says the night train leave at 19.01 from Amsterdam heading to Berlin - is this the time local to Netherlands?)

If all times are not local, how does the 19.00 rule work - does it have to be after seven local time to be able to use only on day of travel?

Hi Jason.

The times in the train schedules are always shown in local time !

You have different time zones in Scandinavia (Sweden-Finland), the UK+Portugal and in Eastern Europe (Bulgaria and more to the East)...

Peter :)
