I am currently studying abroad in Prague in the Czech Republic. We have been doing a lot of traveling and we want our next excursion to be to Berlin and then Croatia (Dubrovnik). Does anybody know the best route to take to do this trip. We are going to start in Prague and have to end in Prague. We also have eurail passes so we want to take all trains if possible. I have heard that a possible route would be berlin to zagrab. then a bus to the ferry station, and last a ferry to dubronik. is there an easier way to get there and back? THANKS!

Sorry a little change. The train from Berlin to Zagreb would have to change in Munich.

Hi.
Information about reservation fess / supplements foe Eurail travellers: https://rail.cc/en/eurail-train-reservation

The best route would be:

PRAGUE to BERLIN by direct day train - 4 hours of travel time.

BERLIN to DUBROVNIK:
1) Berlin to Vienna - Vienna via Zagreb to Split
With the possibilities of using a night train Berlin to Vienna and/or Vienna to Split: https://rail.cc/en/vienna-rijeka-split-night-train/f1908

2) Berlin to Munich - Villach - Zagreb to Split
With the possibilities of using a night train Berlin-Munich and/or Vienna to Split

From SPLIT to DUBROVNIK you have to take a bus as fastest connection.
