Lisbon to Madrid extremely difficult. Lot of changes (see www.bahn.de). I would take direct bus (google bus Lisboa to Madrid). Go for timetables and tickets Madrid-Paris to Renfe.com or sncf.com

seat61.com has all the info-describes in english all overland routes to/fro UK, so this is just part. IF so stubborn to want it all on rails: then the route runs via Madrid-Barcelona-along Mediterranee. Former direct overnight train Lisboa-ES/FR-border (Irun/Hendaya) is cancelled since covid.
