hello:) we want to make a Seat Reservation from Athens to Kalambaka, but it's not available online. it says we need to book it from a train Station or a Ticket Station. so the question is: is there a way to reserve the seat online or do we actually need to go to the Station and do it in Person?

This is not a well developed railway. Their website doesn't even explain which trains have compulsory reservations and which don't have it as an option.
Assuming you are using an Interrail Pass you will have to go to a station that can issues reservations. The website will sell tickets with reservation included but even that is a bit of a mess.
