These are the ones I can recommend, where I already stayed ... not too expensive (at least for Amsterdam) and normally clean:
1) Stayokay Amsterdam Vondelpark (for me the best price/value)
2) Marie-Anns Houseboat (often booked out)
3) Flying Pig Downtown (often booked out - not always clean when the house is full, but still acceptable)
4) The Bulldog
5) Vita Nova (very nice)
6) St. Christopher's
7) Shelter Jordan
