to be really save, buy it at the 1th ...
normally the 5th is also still okay... I suppose you are from the UK ?!?
for residents of the UK you have as well express delivery. just play a ticket purchase at [ux]https://rail.shop/interrail[/ux]
and before the click to fill in your payment details and the final order of a ticket, you will see the delivery days and costs. just test it !! :)
