in general the best way to do it is to use maps.google.com to get an overview.
then I use the travel planer to find out schedules: [u]https://rail.cc/en/search-interrail-route[/u]
then I check for night trains: [u]https://rail.cc/en/interrail-night-train[/u]
and high speed trains with supplements - to avoid them: [u]https://rail.cc/en/interrail-train-reservation[/u]

use the link for the train schedules and the one for night trains... also maps.google.com ... then you just start to plan. :)
the best would be for you like this: Portugal - France - Germany - Poland - Czech Rep. - Greece - Italy - via France, Spain to Portugal ... :)

if you only want to reach Prague and you are not interested in Spain, France and Germany, it will be cheaper to use a plane from Portugal to Prague. you save the costs for food, night trains and as well save at least 3 travel days.
in Eastern Europe you won't spend to much money. it is cheap there. :)
