I live in Turkey I am planning to go with plane in Europe then travel a while, then return Turkey with plane. My question is when I will arrive in Europe with plane generally the airport (passport) police asks where will I stay or sth like that. How should I answer? I wont have a hotel reservation because I want to travel spontaneously and I want to stay in a hotel if I need or too tired.

You should answer truthfully! The Interrail pass is evidence of intention to travel widely without a fixed plan. Assuming you have a Schengen visa they may not be that interested in asking any more questions.

Definetely I will tell the truth I do not have an intend to tell a lie just sometimes from my experience passport police can be challenging because of especially my homeland (Turkey) and being not an EU citizen but it is an understandable situation.
