I will travel Berlin-Cottbus-Görlitz-Zittau-Liberec in May and noticed that the line between Cottbus and Zittau is now operated by a company other than Deutsche Bahn. Does anyone know if they accept IR tickets or not? The company in question is Ostdeutsche Eisenbahn GmbH.

hi...

yes [b]you can travel for free[/b] on all their routes, except:

[b]Hagenow[/b] to [b]Neustrelitz Hbf[/b]
[b]Neustrelitz Hbf[/b] to [b]Mirow[/b]

so the route Cottbus to Zittau is free of supplements for InterRailers !!
