Hi,
Ive searched through the forum and found a night train from Wien to Split and then another from Split to Zagreb.

A few questions,

I see it only costs e13.50 with a global pass...is this correct?

Would i be able to book all of these 3 days earlier when i arrive in Budapest?
How else can i book, as i would really like to know i can definitely travel, we are going in august.

Thanks very much.

hi ...
the supplements I searched for and published here on the website are correct. maybe they are one or two EUR more or less, depending on the exchange rates if it is not EUR in the country the train runs.
I always do my best and believe me, it isn't easy ...
you can buy all these supplements for night train in Budapest... but as well already in Vienna if you start there !! no problem.
have fun and all the best, Peter :)

Because i wouldnt like to book accomodation in Split only to find out i cant get the night train from Vienna!
Are there any other ways to reserve?

Also, can i reserve a CNL trains (munich>Rome) in budapest?

Really appreciate your help.

hej ...
it is only difficult to offer a booking system for train travels online right now, especially a reservation system which covers all European trains.
they have different systems - sometimes even no real online booking systems - others are planing the reservations for night trains manually and by phone to a central ...
the modern ones are automatic in time... and so on ...
just as information... ;)
all the best, Peter :)

so i should be able to book a reservation online if i keep trying?
and the chances of not being able to book a train 2days before whilst in europe?

Many thanks

if there is an error, you have to do it manually by phone (the cheapest way is directly at the train company of the country) or at a station...
and in the summer months it is sometimes hard to get a bed... but it is to 75% sure that you will get a bed in one of the night trains when booking 2-3 days in advance... :)
