Hi@all,
first my english isn't very well.
im hans from germany berlin and im 21 years old. this march i want to get on my first interrail trip.
on our first trip we want to travel 10days with 5 days of trail travelling. i know this isnt very long but we have not so much
time cause we are students. in summer we want to travel for a longer time ..
so this is our plan:
Start: Berlin by airplane to Athens
1day-2day: Athens
2day night Athens to Thessaloniki
3day: Thessaloniki
3day night: Thessaloniki to Sofia
4day-5day: Sofia
5day night: Sofia to Beograd
6day-7day: Beograd
7day night: Beograd to Budapest
8day - 9day : Budapest
9day night: Budapest to Warszawa
10day Warszwaw
11day or 12th day / finish : Warszawa to BERLIN with a seperate train ticket
what do u think? is this route mainly in this time possible? or is it to short for such a big way. our target is to see many towns in a short time ..
in summer we going to make a biger trip.
thank u very much for help!

Its doable - but its a bit of a rush, for example youre not going to see much in Thssaloniki if you get of a train in the morning and get back on one in the afternoon.
Also, there are nicer places to go in Bulgaria and Serbia than Sofia and Belgrade if youre willing to travel off the beaten track a bit. And trains in that part of the world are quite unrealiable, so if you have any tight connections you are quite likley to miss them!
Good luck,
Simon
Oh, and I hope your english gets well soon ;)
