Hi,

I'm thinking about taking 2-3 weeks off this summer and going interrailing by myself.

At ealry stages yet but thinking Western Europe and into Scandanvia:

Aprroximatley, how much should I budget for a 2-3 week trip?
Anyone already interailed for this amount of time and can recommend?

Any info./ pointers etc. appreciated.

Thanks

hej ... :)

I do not know where you start... but I recommend you BENELUX and then up to Scandinavia...
you have nice night train connections there.

SCANDINAVIA
in Scandinavia the big cities like Copenhagen, Stockhol, Oslo and Helsinki are nice... but it is also great to go up to the North as high as it possible by train.
then take the bus from Sweden to Finland and go back down.

free bus Sweden-Finland: https://rail.cc/en/sweden-finland-bus-haparanda-torino-kemi/f1286

Norway (Bodø to Narvik) and then connection to Sweden: https://rail.cc/en/bodoe-narvik-hurtigruten-lofoten-bus/f1285

one highlight you have to do is the Inlandsbanan in Sweden: https://rail.cc/en/inlandsbanan/f1333
