To get information on what trains go where try thomas cook's train timetable.
They're updated every month so worth buying one.
You can get most trains in the countries you are interrailling in.
Overnight trains are usually free [b]but[/b] you need to pay a supplement depending on how you are going to sleep/travel on these trains.

and for the night trains... sometimes you can get free seats, but in most cases you have to pay a supplement which starts at 2 EUR for a normal seat, 5-20 EUR for a bed in a couchette (4-6 beds per cabin) and ends with 50 EUR to xxxxx for a single bed...

also on some high-speed-day-trains you have to pay supplements... but there is always a way to avoid them:
