Europe is soooo big ...
you can have party and also pure nature.
so it is hard to say: go to xxx or yyy ... :)
in general I recommend Eastern Europe, as it is cheap... and there are a lot of cool clubs and nice nature ! :)

Slovenia is cool, so is Bosnia. Bulgaria is still quite cheap and Macedonia and Albania are still a bit off the beaten track
