Yeah same.. I already live in UK. But i'l be going to Italy, Germany, France, Spain, Czech and Belgium :P or atleast I plan to.
But one thing's for sure is that I'm definitely going.. I can't wait actually. I bought my rucksack today.. got good discount so went in for it! :P
My friend.. what can I say. I have this funny feeling he's going to pull out.. is it because a week back he said he's thinking of new zealand? Maybe!
Although i'l be going in April/May
can't go in June (got tickets to something else), july/aug/sept - too busy in europe so i decided to make use of my gap year and go when it's not so busy in trains and everything.
Needless to say.. i AM looking for someone who's going around the same time.. even if not to all the places. I'm just hoping that if i do end up going alone.. I'd meet some people along the way.. :$

Hey! I am also searching for Travelmates.
I will definitely start my tour on 14th of February 2009, so very soon. I bought a IR-Global-Pass for one month and I am totally open for touring-plans. I only know, that I will not travel to much in Germany (I guess you know why). I am more interested in the south (France Spain Portugal Italy Greece...) where it is a little warmer than here in Munich ;)

Hi I am also looking for travel mates I live in Geneva and I lost my Job because of crises I think this is best time for ravelling :) last week I went Belgium and I bought an interrail ticket thats why I can join you everytime and If you want to visit geneva end of the trip you can be my quest

Hey Hi, I hope I can also travel between July and August but I bought an interrail ticket last week thats why I have to finish my trip until end of march. If there there are somebody who are already travelling or planning to travel in march I can join... I am planning to go Bologna Tuesday my friend will find a cheap hostel there then Rome and and I can also visit Florence and Parma when I stay Bologna . I can go to bolognna any time in March actually but this is only plan I have for now because I decided to buy an interrail ticket last week just before my Belgium trip and I couldnt have time planning my trip well therefore I am looking fore travelmates for planning together or joining them...

hi, how r u doing? i'm 23 n i'm from portugal.
weel i've been looking around and found this forum and hey i'm also going to do an interrail trip in may 2009 the hole month.
my friends are all saving their holidays for july n august but there's the problem: i can't take mine in those months because i'm a rescue swimmer and the beaches are full of ppl from june to september.
so i'll do it anyway but with friends it's always better. i'm all open to any sugestions but i was thinking of east europe mostly.
checz rep, hungary, croatia, and maybe italy, greece... it's difficult to choose... ;)
so if had been in an interrail before, help me planning mine and even better join me in this trip if you can.

I'm planning to do an Interrail in this summer to the south of Europe, Italy and maybe Greece.

Hey all, I know its quite late in the day but im hoping theres a couple of like minded people out there who are in the same boat! As people have said above I'm tihnking of going but currently have noone to go with and am looking for some people to join up with. I was tihnking of starting in portugal (i can help wiht flights from england or anywere else easyjet flies from as i have about 80 pound credit from a cancellation) then go across to spain, southern france, italy, germany, czech republic (prague), holland and finish in northern france and paris. I was tihnking of doing this on a 22 day interrail pass
Anyone doing anything similar? anyone want to join together?, I'm easy with regards to changing my route a little so if theres anyone else out there please let me know!

Hi,
I know it is a bit premature, but I am looking to go inter railing summer 2010. I am 21 years old and all of my friends are saving up to buy their own home but as I already have my own home i am looking for someone to travel with. I am going to university in 2 years I have decided to travel and have some fun before studying! I am from England, and really have no plans as to where I want to travel - am open to suggestion.

:( thats a shame well if it helps you plan for next year, my idea is to take out a 22 day interrail pass, start in portugal, go up through portugal, then head to paris, dusseldorf, amsterdam, berling, krakow, prague, munich, (possibly vienna), milan, venice, rome, across to southern france, barcelona, madrid and end up back in portugal. Thats if its possible like :P but thats the plan!!
