This forum has been very helpful to me, thought id just contribute a bit from my recent trip to Prague....
An idea for anyone there for more than a few days, take a train to Kutna Hora, about an hour from Prague. A really nice little town, with a beautiful old town..really nice views. I imagine it was like Prague before it became commercialised.
But a real strange thing..there is a bone church about 10minutes walk from the station..a church decorated with the bones of 30,000 people! A very interesting day trip.
