Does anyone know where the international ticket office is located and how well the attendants there speak english? Also is there a reliable money exchange anywhere close by or in the station? Although I've heard it's best just to withdraw money through an ATM than money exchange - is this true?

the international ticket window is just like the others inside of the station. the speak perfect English (at least at the times I went there)... it is absolutely no problem.
and for money exchange: it is better to do it by a ATM and pull some money. better rates than to change it manually. ATM are at the station as well ! :)
