One Country Pass [Spain]

Hi!
I wanna buy a One Country Pass Interrail for Spain, 3 day in 1 month.
My doubts are : I'm from Portugal, i can use the pass to catch the International Night train Surex from Lisbon to Irun with the normal supplement (7€) ?
And to return, i can use the Lusitania Night train from Madrid to Lisbon, paying the normal 6.5€ supplement?

then do a search for local trains from brussels to calais on [ux]https://rail.shop/bahn[/ux] / something similar

the eurostart would be quicker (but about £40)

hej ...
no you can't ... you have to pay for the kilometres you travel on the Portuguese rail network!
and as these trains have global fares, you have to pay them...
